Form:Book

This is the "Book" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

The format for Book pages Titles is:-

'Book:-' followed by the book short-name, using an '_' (underscore) between book title words

Occasionally an internal error gets reported, like: "Mismatched brackets in Pageforms".

This can be bypassed by providing a space between 'Book:-' and the title.
